These Terms form a binding agreement between TopSeoSearch ("Agency"), 33 Rue Bayart, 59280 Armentieres, France, and the individual or business placing an order ("Client"). By completing a purchase you accept these Terms in full.
TopSeoSearch provides professional SEO services: Technical SEO Audit, On-Page SEO, E-E-A-T Content Strategy, Backlink Acquisition, Local SEO and Google Business Profile management, and SEO Analytics and Reporting. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods, on-site services, or guaranteed ranking positions are provided.
Full payment is required in advance via Stripe Checkout. Prices are quoted and charged in EUR. French VAT applies to French clients per applicable law. For EU business clients providing a valid VAT number, reverse charge may apply.
SEO work begins within 1-2 business days of receiving payment confirmation and any required access (Search Console, GA4, CMS). Clients must provide necessary access credentials within 5 business days of payment.
TopSeoSearch makes no guarantee of specific ranking positions. Google algorithm changes and competitor actions are outside our control. We guarantee documented, transparent work and monthly reporting connected to measurable business metrics.
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be referred to the Courts of Lille, France, subject to applicable EU consumer protection law.
